Cynthia M. Cox is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2010. She later earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus on Leadership and Management from Western Governor’s University. Cynthia has led several successful nursing teams and felt a calling to continue her education, but this time focusing on providing mental health services in our region. Cynthia earned her ANCC accreditation in 2025 and began collaborating with Dr. Brad Robison. Cynthia has a son, Tyson, and has stayed in Cape Girardeau, where she grew up. She is an active member of Crossroads Church in Jackson, MO and enjoys outdoor activities, except in the winter!
